New theme page on Gender Diversity, LGBTIQ Lives and History

We have published a new theme page to celebrate the Queer History Month 2020. The purpose of the month is to review history and culture from a LGBTIQ perspective, to preserve queer history as part of our common cultural heritage, and to promote wider research of gender diversity.

The new theme page on gender diversity, LGBTIQ lives and history seeks to promote datasets that may be used to examine gender diversity, sexual minorities and related societal, cultural, and historical aspects.

Both latest datasets on topic and selected datasets recommended by FSD’s data service experts are included. To support the historical perspective, the page includes more selected datasets than our thematic pages in general.

The data by theme pages contain information on data series and datasets on certain themes. The listed datasets mainly comprise survey data charting attitudes and opinions and qualitative research materials like interviews and written texts.
